Overview
Rwanda issues visas on arrival to citizens of every country. You can also apply in advance on Irembo and pay online or on arrival. Citizens of African Union, Commonwealth and Francophonie member states receive a free 30-day visa; East African Community citizens stay up to six months free.

Foreign visitors. Some nationalities are visa-exempt for 90 days; check DGIE's list.
