Overview
Business registration in Rwanda is online and free when you do it yourself. The Office of the Registrar General at RDB approves the name and registers the business; because RDB and the Rwanda Revenue Authority systems are linked, you receive a single Taxpayer Identification Number with your certificate. VAT registration and electronic billing machines are handled with RRA.
