An official search shows the registered owner of a parcel and any encumbrances such as cautions, charges or restrictions. For registries that have been digitised, searches are requested and paid for on Ardhisasa, the Ministry's land information platform.

Anyone with an Ardhisasa account and the title number of the parcel.
