Overview
UNEB's e-services portal accepts equating applications for eligible academic documents, collects institution and applicant information, receives verified records from the issuing examination body and sends the equated document to the requesting institution.
Who can apply
This service covers eligible school-level academic qualifications. UNEB directs applicants with post-secondary diplomas or degrees to the National Council for Higher Education.
What you need
- Requesting-institution details
Provide the institution's name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- Verified copy from the issuing body
Ask the national examination body that issued the qualification to send a verified copy directly to UNEB.
- Signed declaration and valid ID
Upload the completed declaration and provide the applicant identity and contact details requested by UNEB.
